Hyperflex “PLAYA” The Playa is a windproof 2mm Neoprene jacket. As the name “Playa” (Beach) suggests, these are meant for after/before water use. It is cut exactly like a “hoodie” sweatshirt. Oversized and warm, it features a hollow fiber lining and skin exterior. It holds virtually no water at all, so it is windproof and waterproof against the elements. Surf, wingfoiling, kite, windsurfing (yes it still exists), kayak, fishing, diving, boating, swimming or any time near the water. These can be worn over wetsuits or they can be worn alone.

This is a popular jacket in the Bellingham area with kiteboarders and wingers. Rigging before a session or hanging out on the beach this jacket provides plenty of protection from the elements. On the really cold days you can wear this while kiting which is super nice. I personally like to use this on those days when I just need that extra bit of warmth to stay out longer.
