We ship worldwide everyday! For International, APO, FPO, DPO, or any other Outside of US shipping, please select "International, APO, or Outside of US Shipping" during checkout. We will contact you with a shipping cost quote for your approval prior to finalizing your order. In order to supply you with an accurate quote, please provide your complete shipping address.

All prices and transactions with Kite Paddle Surf are in US Dollars. You are responsible for any exchange rates or transaction fees that PayPal or your credit card company may charge. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the purchaser's responsibility.
We go out of our way to protect our environment and save you money by reusing packaging to ship your order.
Your order may not be shipped in original packaging.
*Some large or oversize items such as surfboards or kitesurf boards are not eligible for free shipping.
*Due to shipping rates and the risk of damage to product, we do not ship paddleboards. They are available for in store pick up only.
Oversize Shipping Information:
Twintip Kiteboards and wakeboards are eligible for standard US shipping rates.
For surfboards and longboards, please allow an extra 5 days for delivery.
Paddleboards (except for inflatables) are only available for in-store pick up or local delivery. Please contact the shop for pricing on local delivery.
Your tracking number will be emailed directly to the address provided in your order. When you place your order please supply an email address that is accurate and that you check regularly. Your shipment tracking number is not generated until the order is processed and a shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become active in UPS’s tracking system.
What if my order is damaged in shipping?
Any shipping damage must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 360-775-2741, we will be happy to assist you. To help us serve you better, please take photos of the damages, including damage to the packaging and detailed pictures of damage to any items. Please also keep all packaging materials, you may need them later.
