Returns & Exchanges
At Kite Paddle Surf we want to be sure that you get the equipment you need that is right for you. If for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make sure what you ordered is right for you. You can return your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange it for the right size. We will return/refund the full amount you paid less the shipping. Please send returns with a copy of your original invoice to:

Since we will be reselling what you returned, the product needs to be new and with the original tags or packaging. You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back. Please pack your return with care.
If your purchase was a gift for Christmas Day, we will start the 30 day return policy from December 25th. This allows gift recipients 30 days to decide if they will be keeping their gift from you or will allow them to exchange it for a different size.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please be patient as return credits often take several days to process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lesson Deposit Policy
To be put on the calendar for a kiteboarding lesson, you will be required to pay a $75 deposit at the time of the booking. The balance of the lesson will be paid upon completion of the lesson. Should you need to cancel you lesson, we require a 24 hr. notice for our instructors. If you are a no show on the day of your lesson, your $75 deposit will be lost. If you choose to roll your deposit over to another lesson you can do that at the time of the completion of you lesson. Should we need to reschedule your lesson due to weather or lack of wind, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please do not assume that your lesson is canceled unless you have heard from an instructor. Our instructors have several tricks up their sleeves to find wind when it may not look like the forecast will hold up.
In the event that the lesson is cut short due to weather, the instructor will adjust the price of the lesson or offer to complete the lesson on another day at their discretion.
