Alaska Air Cargo Pick-Up
You want to buy a surfboard over 8'6" or a longer DW Foilboard but can't make it to our store in Bellingham, WA! Starting now we provide deliveries through Alaska Air Cargo for anyone who wants to purchase a larger board, that was beyond our typical methods of shipping.
Fast, reliable, and built for oversized boards—Alaska Air Cargo gets your surfboard where it needs to go safely and on time. Enjoy careful handling, nationwide coverage, real-time tracking, and a faster option in comparison to ground deliveries.
How it works
- First, you need to be able to pick up your board at one of the Alaska Air Cargo Locations (listed below).
- Second, when we bring your board to the airport to get shipped out we will get a unique tracking number that we will pass onto you so that you can track it at all times. You can enter your tracking number on the (Alaska Air Cargo Tracking page).
- Third, once your board arrives at the destination airport, check your tracking number online. You’ll see it marked as “arrived at destination”. Most Alaska Air Cargo shipments are picked up at the airport’s cargo terminal, not the passenger terminal.
- Finally, You’ll need a government-issued ID and your tracking number to release the shipment. Before leaving the terminal, check your surfboard for any damage. Cargo staff can document issues for claims if needed.
Take your NEW BOARD out, go have fun and tell us what you think of it.

Lib Tech 2026 Pickup Stick 9'0" Surfboard
SPEED AND PERFORMANCE
Introducing the 9’0” Pickup Stick designed by Mike Olson/Hendo. This beauty is built for speed and performance... fly through sections, lock into amazing nose rides and playfully wrap through the corners. Parallel rail lines through the body of the board insure trim speed. A flat wide concave nose carries speed and glides through effortlessly long nose rides. A rounded pin tail with a smooth rocker provides effortless turning, control and hold through high performance arcs off the tail. The bottom contour is part of what really makes this board magic... a forgiving catch-free chine runs along the rails from in front of the fins all the way to the nose where it turns into an uplifting nose bevel. A single concave to double V out the tail adds planning speed and allows the board to easily transition from rail to rail. The new 9’0” Pickup Stick is an exciting ride that brings incredible speed and easy flow to the longboard waves of all kinds
Now built in ECO IMPACTO 2 which features Lib Tech's new pressure treated Hexylite honeycomb panels, G-Glass and Magnesium fiber fused in their plant-based Bio Matrix resin system saving weight and improving board response. The boards are coming in at 1/2lb lighter with this new construction.
