The stretched-out version of the mid-length bridges the gap between logging and performance longboards. Speed, stability, critical turns, and noserides are all possible with this board.

These boards have helped me bridge the gap between logging and performance style longboards. Having a pintail with down rails, it allows for very smooth and critical turns, and having a single fin helps the board trim and nose ride with speed and stability. TO help design this board, I took the concept of my mid-length and stretched it out into a longboard version. I've surfed this board at many different reef breaks in Souther California but mostly catered it to the wave style of San Onofre, where the waves are long and soft." Corey Colapinto.

Firewire Colapintail Surfboard - At A Glance

Taking a midlength shape and stretching it into a longboard creates a unique design. The Colapintail trims really good with excellent glide. The board can put some smooth turns in when I step on the tail. I'm not that great at noseriding but this board defiently makes learning easier because of its stability. The Colapintail gets you into waves early because it just paddles so darn fast, so much so that you have to let some waves go by so that you're sharing the stoke of surfing. The board is esthetically beautiful to look at, almost like a piece of artwork, plus its super fun to ride in small waves.

On returns, all items must be in new condition with original tags, packaging and a receipt.

We are not able to take returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been in the water so, please make sure it fits BEFORE you get in the water.
