Catch Surf Heritage 5'6" Retro Fish Twin Surfboard - At A Glance
This is a super fun board packed with a lot of style and performance. The shape of the board is based off of that old school fish outline for fun flowy turns. The included fins are performance honeycomb construction which give the surfboard more responsive turns. The Retro Twin is best suited for smaller days when the waves are barely working. This Retro Twin can create a lot of down the line speed to make it through the flatter sections of waves to make below average days fun to surf. The Retro Twin is packed with Volume so paddling into waves is easy for the intermediate surfer. This board is best suited for beginner to intermediate surfers looking to progress into a smaller board. As the surf gets bigger say head high the board becomes more challenging to ride because of its fuller rail line and only being a twin fin, which in turn doesn't provide enough bite in the wave. Of all the boards in the Catch Surf lineup this is by far one of my favorites.
